Vendlet has a strong brand within the care sector and wish to expand their business by establishing direct sales in Sweden. As the Teamleader Sales, you will become the leader of the Swedish Sales Team, reporting to the Director of Vendlet in Denmark. In addition to you, there will be an Account Manager. Your main task will be to develop sales in Sweden, where Vendlet has been represented for several years through a distributor.
The products are therefore already well-known, but the market potential is great and it is expected that you, over the years, can develop a market-leading position in Sweden for Vendlet. This is achievable by continuous dialogue with the right customer groups and focusing on creating good partnerships. Vendlet has an established clientele, but you should expect that your workday will be a combination of establishing new sales and maintaining existing sales.
To assist you in fulfilling Vendlet’s ambitious goals, you will work closely with, and gain support from, a highly competent back office located in Denmark. In connection with the establishment in Sweden, the Sales Office.
The right person for the position has a good network within the care sector and relevant experience with sales of products and solutions for the care sector and/or rehab. The products are sold throughout Sweden, so travelling to different locations is expected, which is why sales planning is important.

Vendlet offers a very independent and challenging position in a dynamic and flat organization, where there are good development opportunities for the ambitious employee. We expect that the right person has relevant experience in technical sales business-to-business in the care sector, either have sales management experience, or feel ready to take on this challenge.
